I heard that it may take a few weeks to even a month to fix this problem. Seriously how can you see someone with 10th prestige and only a few hundred kills? I would call BS and ban them.
Activision put something out that said if they see someone with a 10th prestige they would get banned from the game. The picture above is what the Custom game looked like.
