'Fallout.exe', 'FalloutLauncher.exe', 'fose_loader.exe'). Step 1.) Go to your Fallout 3 install and make sure that everthing has been renamed back to their original names. I have found how to do this, it's very simple in fact. Many people have been trying to run the game through Mod Organizer with FOSE but have not been able to get the Steam Overlay working as well.
